A fresh coat of paint
by Amanda Woade
I know the website looks a bit different today - I thought it was time for a bit of a refresh.
I’ve been thinking of doing a redesign for a bit and I’m pleased with how this one turned out. I’m going for more of a digital menu vibe than the old site was. (Originally, my plan was weekly supermarket circular but I realized all my other branding is a bit more restaurant than grocery store.) I think all the functionality and fun still works here, but if there’s something that would make your web experience better, I’m always happy to get suggestions.
The spring weather has helped keep spirits bright in the Kitschen as I make sure that everything is well-stocked for all my upcoming events. The one-a-month resolution is going well, and I've got 3 markets coming up in the next 7 days. It's been an exciting first quarter and I feel like I've gotten to know my little part of North Carolina better.
I also did my very first livestream sale last week. It was a really different experience but it was fun to get to chat with people across the country and show off in a different way. If you’re interested in checking one out, click here to follow me and join in on the next one!
As far as what I have planned next? My June market will have some rainbow toys for pride, I’m thinking of doing one more style of puppy pasta, and trying to finally figure out what the ideal form a ramen toy should be. That, and making sure all of these events I have scheduled through August go well!
How has your spring been going? Any exciting summer plans?
